What makes Bea's Cleans different from other cleaners?
Being a one-woman service, you will always be dealing with me so I hope to build strong relationships with my clients to provide the best results. I pride myself on delivering excellent customer service and producing a spotless home. I understand how important your space is, that’s why I endeavour to uphold the highest cleaning standards.

How much do you charge?
My rates start from £20 per hour. Once you have completed the form on the website, I will price accordingly via email.

Do I need to be at home for the service?
I prefer to work in empty houses, so I aren't stepping on any toes! However, it is entirely up to you! I appreciate how much the world has shifted to WFH. You can be home for the duration (I will work around you), let me in and leave, or you can go out and leave me instructions on how to access the property. This can all be sorted via email prior to the service date.

Do you bring your own equipment/products?
To maintain the highest level of sanitation and avoid cross-contamination, I prefer to use a mop and vacuum provided at your location for each clean.
I can bring my own products or I am happy to use yours. Whatever makes your life easier, this can be sorted during your booking.

How do I pay for a clean?
All of the information for paying will be sent to you once we have agreed on the service you would like.

How do I contact you regarding my booking?
Please just send me an email at beascleans@gmail.com or text 07398251850. Sometimes, I will be onsite and so may not be able to take calls.

I need to cancel/change my booking...what do I do?
Please email me at least 24 hours before your booking is due to avoid paying 100% of your booking charge. Email us at beascleans@gmail.com for ANYTHING regarding your booking - this is the easiest and fastest way to reach me.

Do I need to pay if I cancel a clean on the same day?
Yes, I will need to charge for the entire appointment, as filling this spot on such short notice is almost impossible.
